Jigsaw pieces

These images were created as a series for Ravensburger as part of our licensing work. These pieces were created for one of my clients over a series of two weeks. I was tasked with making something that had intricacy and detail. My method was to produce bespoke photography for the pieces which I integrated with some highly detailed 3D models, all textured and rendered to the highest quality in our 'virtual' photographic studio. These pieces were then collaged together with my pen and ink drawings for the piece, pencil renderings and Photo manipulated imagery.

I was very happy with these intricate final pieces and so was the client. Often I try to create work at a bigger size than needed and these worked out to be A2 in size. As the size was quite large they also make a really nice wall print and now adorn the wall of the studio too.
